• Your personal profile
When Speak Shop asks information of you (students or tutors), Speak Shop’s primary interest is to provide you with more personalized service. If you are a Speak Shop student, your name and e-mail address are displayed to Speak Shop tutors with whom you have reserved a lesson. If you are a Speak Shop tutor, your name and e-mail address are displayed to a Speak Shop student who has reserved a lesson with you. Speak Shop does not sell, rent or trade your name or personal details to other organizations unless you give Speak Shop permission to do so.

• Registration for a subscription
Speak Shop offers students the ability to meet language tutors and take language courses online at competitive rates. To take one of these courses, you need to become a member of Speak Shop. You also need to supply Speak Shop with credit card or payment information, so that you can pay for the services requested. This information is encrypted on a secure server.

• Cookies
"Cookies" are small pieces of information that Speak Shop stores on your computer's browser or hard drive. Speak Shop uses cookies to customize the Speak Shop website for your country and language. Speak Shop’s cookies do not collect additional information from your computer's browser or hard drive.
